A Typical Trail Blazers Foundation 5050 Raffle Game Night
The Foundation’s 5050 Raffle is an excellent opportunity for a nonprofit organization to raise funds for their organization at a Trail Blazers home basketball game. Participants in the 5050 Raffle Program are required to recruit volunteers on their own and provide an adequate number of volunteers on selected game date to properly sell raffle tickets. Volunteers are expected to commit to the following (additional requirements are noted under "Nonprofit Volunteer and Staff Expectations" in the application below):
- Review the volunteer training video prior to arrival
- Check in with Trail Blazers Staff and complete paperwork prior to volunteering
- Sell 5050 Raffle tickets until at least the end of halftime of the respective game
- Have enough adult volunteers in attendance to pair up with those under the age 18
During the third quarter of each 5050 Raffle game, a winning number is electronically selected by a random drawing and the winning number is publicly posted in the arena and on the foundation website. The raffle winner will receive 50% of the gross Jackpot for the respective game. The remaining 50% of the jackpot will be split equally between the Foundation and the Nonprofit partner for that game after fees are assessed. Please visit our website to see the previous 5050 Raffle total jackpot amounts.
Please complete the application below if you’d like to be considered for a selection as a nonprofit partner and be given the opportunity to participate in the 5050 Raffle Program for the 2023-2024 NBA Season. Please complete all required areas in the following application and submit. Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Trail Blazers Foundation.
